How to Gain Weight/Muscle for a 13 Year Old Boy?

Well I’m in 7th grade, 13, and 103 lb. I am really thin and skinny. Especially on my hips and torso. My arms and legs are skinny too, so its basically everything. I used to swim with my shirt on when I was little and now I never do because I know I’m really skinny and I don’t like to let other people see me. Sort of ridiculous, I know, but its true. We are required to take gym and change in front of others next year too so I kinda need to gain some weight or muscle by September of this year. I do exercises like every day, but I can’t even tell if its making me skinnier or get more muscles. I don’t eat much so that is a definite problem. Anything I can do diet wise and fitness wise to make me gain muscle and weight? Please don’t tell me to get a gym membership and buy equipment because I’m only 13. I don’t have any equipment to work out so I need some different ideas for workouts if I need them.
